Mashape, Inc. a Delaware company, ("Company") provides this website "Mashape.com" (the "Site") and the services described herein (the "Services") to enable our developers/users to create/use any kind of mashup on our website. YOU OWN THE CODE AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHTS ON IT. Every application developed on PHP, Ruby or Python created by third party developer will remain in behalf of the developer which has created the application, whether is an individual or a company. Mashape have no responsibility with every third party application created on this Site. Mashape can't ensure the perfect functionality and integrity of any of those applications created by third party developers.

Mashape has established a Privacy Policy to explain to Users how their information is collected and used, which you can read on our Site. Your use of the Services signifies acknowledgment of and agreement to the Mashape Privacy Policy. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MASHAPE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Mashape may provides access to portions of Services via RSS (Really Simply Syndication) feeds and an API (Application Programming Interface) from third party websites, services and companies. Company makes no representation that materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
